Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our clothing and accessories business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience while promoting our brand and products.

Job Responsibility

• Assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories that suit their needs, providing product information, including style, size and pricing while also promoting new arrivals, discounts and special offers.
• Process sales transactions accurately (cash, POS, or digital payments) and maintain knowledge on store inventory.
• Arrange and restock merchandise on shelves and displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
