Job Description

The Social Media & Content Specialist at Crisps Media & Tech is a creative strategist and digital storyteller. You will be responsible for designing and executing high-impact content strategies that amplify our clients' technological solutions and brand identity.

Your goal is to transform complex tech concepts into engaging, digestible content that builds community, drives lead generation, and positions our clients as industry innovators. You will work at the intersection of data and creativity, using analytics to refine your approach and ensuring that every piece of content, from short-form video to long-form articles, contributes to the client's ability to scale.

Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

 1. Content Strategy & Creation

  • Multi-Platform Planning: Develop and manage a robust content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Multimedia Production: Conceptualize, film, and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels/TikTok) and graphics that highlight tech innovations.

  • Copywriting: Craft compelling, "crisp" captions and headlines that align with the brand voice and drive user action.

  • Tech-to-Human Translation: Take complex technical updates or product features and turn them into relatable, value-driven stories for the target audience.

 2. Community Management & Growth

  • Active Engagement: Monitor social channels to respond to comments, questions, and mentions in real-time, fostering a loyal community.

  • Growth Hacking: Implement organic and paid strategies to increase follower counts and, more importantly, engagement rates.

  • Inbound Management: Identify and flag potential business leads coming through social channels for the sales and tech teams.

3. Analytics & Optimization

  • Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics, Hubspot, or native social insights to track KPIs (reach, CTR, conversion).

  • Reporting: Deliver weekly/monthly reports to stakeholders, proving the ROI of social efforts and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve on social media algorithms, AI tools, and tech industry trends to keep the brand relevant.

 4. Collaborative Innovation

  • Cross-Departmental Synergy: Work closely with the Tech Team to understand new product launches and the Design Team to ensure visual consistency.

  • Brand Scaling: Consult with clients on how to use their personal or corporate social presence to attract investors and high-value partners.
